THROWBACK THURSDAY (TBT) is a high-impact live act that combines pop punk and emo nostalgia with reimagined pop anthems, all designed for maximum crowd engagement and energy.

TBT’s performances are structured as a three-act experience rather than a playlist, balancing the Warped Tour anthems with their Punk Goes Pop reimaginings. The result is a fast-moving, high-impact show that works equally well in clubs, theaters, and festival environments.

TBT’s debut EP, Not A Phase, Vol. 1, was released March 27, 2026 and is available on all major streaming platforms. This release includes 4 of the band’s reinterpretations from pop’s biggest artists, including Rihanna, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift, and Katy Perry.
